To cancel your account, please email at billing@lancebridge.com with the following details, 

Your Primary Email,

Account for Domain name,

Your cPanel username,

Why do you wish to cancel? 

More information may be required to cancel your account. Please do not assume that your account is canceled until you have received a confirmation stating that we have canceled your account.

You will receive an email back confirming you were canceled at such time. If you do not get this email back within 24 hours, we did not receive your cancellation request and you will be held responsible for any charges as a result.

We will try refund you the same day we get the request. However, please allow up to 15 days for your credit card to post the refund.
