To upgrade, please submit a request by logging in at http://www.lancebridge.com/billing and submitting a support ticket

Usually we have upgrades completed within a few hours, however, please allow up to 8 hours for upgrade completion.

You will be billed at a prorated amount for the remainder of your month at the time of the upgrade. (Example: If you pay us 150 Thb/month for the Personal plan and wanted to upgrade to the Business plan, which is 350 Thb/month, that is a 200 Thb per month difference. If you were half way into your billing cycle, you would only be billed 175 Thb upgrade fee.)

When upgrading from a Persona to a Business or Developer plan, the upgrade will be quick and easy because you will remain on the same server.
