I paid all the invoices that were due on my account, why am I still suspended?

Your account will remain suspended despite your balance until you email billing@lancebridge.com with information similar to the following:

"Hello, my domain is yourdomain.com and I just paid all the invoices due on my account. However, I'm still suspended."

Once our billing department receives your correspondence, your site should be promptly unsuspended.
